P-SAAS, in all its versions, is aimed at SMEs/SMIs that do not have a dedicated IT Manager but do not want to outsource their systems and data outside their company for cybersecurity reasons, guaranteed local accessibility, or client requirements.

For reasons of security, local accessibility, or other concerns, P-SAAS ensures vulnerability updates, daily backups of all applications including data, and access to remote support services from 5 days a week during business hours to 24/7 depending on the subscribed option.

P-SAAS HA guarantees that if a physical server stops, others take over the services including the latest data to avoid service interruption, with a configurable switchover time ensuring accessibility within a minute for most applications. This automated switchover means you do not need to mobilize skilled personnel on-site for reassurance. The cost is logically higher but much lower than the savings from this mobilization.

All P-SAAS versions can include Cybertys SME services, and most importantly, all your business applications. You have a remote team to assist with all installations and updates, in partnership with your suppliers, as if it were your own internal team.

We deliver a set of servers equipped with a complete hypervisor system capable of running services and applications as virtual machines and containers, which we can install for you or with you. These servers are under your responsibility for hardware environment: electricity, cooling, restricted access, and an existing network so all your users can access these servers.

P-SAAS Duo includes a physical server (SRV) and a backup server (BKP).

P-SAAS-4 includes 3 SRV servers for high availability, allowing the distribution of different services across the machines, with priority settings for application server failover. All machines are located in the same physical location on your premises.

P-SAAS-5 includes 3 SRV servers like P-SAAS-4 and 2 BKP servers for security, or 4 BKP servers installed in two different locations on your network (10 Gb/s link required) to mitigate fire risk or unavailability of one location.

P-SAAS-6 combines local and backup security, favoring the recovery of parts while awaiting physical resupply of a machine or part.

There are 4 ranges of servers: ECO, MIN, STD, and PWR. All P-SAAS configurations are provided with identical machines, regardless of the number of servers, from Duo to P-SAAS-6. All servers come with 16 to 128 GB of memory depending on the versions, SATA or NVME SSDs for the system and data, and at least 2 RJ-45 GB/s ports (ECO), 2.5 GB/s (MIN), and 10 Gb/s (STD and PWR) for internal network management and backups.

For example, a P-SAAS-4 MIN, often sufficient for an SME operating during the day, costs a flat rate of €8,400 HT/year (€700 HT/month) with a 3-year guaranteed contract and infrastructure support 5/7 days from 9 am to 6 pm. This compares favorably to the classic rental of 2 servers plus one backup with the manpower to manage it all.

You don't have to do anything. All servers are backed up every night at your preferred time, including new machines or applications you might install (training required for the latter). The backup server, structurally identical to the others, can even serve as an emergency spare if you prioritize operational security at the moment.
